AGB General terms and conditions
§ 1 scope
For the business relationship between Goldpapier.ch online shop, Switzerland and the customer, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural or legal person who can conclude a legal transaction for a purpose (§ 13 BGB)
Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Offers and service descriptions
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Service descriptions in catalogs and on the seller's websites do not have the character of an assurance or guarantee.
§ 3 price
The prices in the shop are shown in CHF. The price does not include the costs for packaging and shipping. They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on the size and packaging of the product.
§ 4 payment modalities
We prefer prepayment, debit and credit cards, invoice and Karna.
Payment by invoice must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods and the invoice. For all other payment methods, payment must be made in advance without any deductions.
The customer's obligation to pay default interest does not preclude the seller from asserting further damage caused by default.
The customer is only entitled to offset if his counterclaims have been legally established or recognized by the seller. The customer can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
§ 5 return / exchange
A return is only possible if the goods are deficient in quality.
As the buyer, you are obliged to check the goods upon receipt and to report any defects to us in writing within 5 days.
We accept a return of the goods within 20 days. The purchase amount will be reimbursed minus the expenses incurred for shipping.
Returned products must not show any traces of use.
As the seller, we assume the postage for a possible return for the purpose of remedying the defects.
§ 6 copyrights
All designs, graphics, photos, texts and design elements from www.goldpapier.ch are the intellectual property of the seller and are subject to copyright law and may not be used for private or business purposes without the consent of the seller. Any violation of copyright will be prosecuted.
§ 7 Limitation of Liability
Goldpapier has unlimited liability for damage that can be attributed to willful or grossly negligent behavior, as well as for damage due to defects of title and lack of assurances. This also applies to indirect consequential damage such as, in particular, lost profit.
Goldpapier is only liable for damage to consumers that can be traced back to slight negligence if an obligation (cardinal obligation) is violated, compliance with which is of particular importance for achieving the purpose of the contract. Liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage when the contract is concluded and to double the order value. This also applies to indirect consequential damage, such as, in particular, lost profit.

All liability limitations of paragraphs 1 to 3 apply mutatis mutandis in favor of legal representatives, employees and vicarious agents of myposter.
In any case, gold paper is liable for damage to life, body and health. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
